From Primark to Prime Real Estate – is Perrie Sian living the dream?

If you haven’t come across Perrie Sian yet, let us introduce you.

Who is Perrie Sian?

In 2018, Perrie created a Facebook group called ‘Perrie’s Primark Picks’, sharing her Primark purchases and in-store must-haves with its members. Eight years later, that group is the origin story of one of the UK’s most recognisable fashion influencers.

In just five years, Perrie has become one of the UK’s biggest creators and podcast hosts, with a reach spanning more than 3 million followers across Instagram and TikTok.

She’s built her audience the idea that you don’t need to spend a fortune to look and feel good. Affordable fashion, real talk, no pretence.

How does she actually make money?

Perrie actually has built multiple income streams:

Brand deals and campaigns. With millions of followers on Instagram and over 28 million likes on TikTok, Perrie commands significant fees for sponsored content. She reaches over 100 million monthly views – the kind of numbers brands pay serious money for.

Affiliate income. She’s active on LTK (Like to Know It), linking out products that earn her a commission every time someone buys through her links. It’s passive income that runs in the background 24/7.

Her own fashion brand. This is the big one. Perrie co-founded womenswear label Reasn with Adam Frisby (former founder of In The Style – a brand with whom Perrie sold out 24 collections for), which generated £1 million in sales within its first hour of trading on 5 October 2025. She’s graduated from influencer money to entrepreneur money.

The Primark collab. What started as a Facebook group has officially come full circle — Perrie partnered with Primark to launch ‘Perrie’s Primark Picks’, a curated edit of her favourite seasonal looks. A collab with one of the UK’s biggest retailers is a significant commercial milestone.

Her podcast. Can I Be Candid? adds another revenue stream through sponsorships and ad income.

The Spain villa

The ultimate Brit dream – Perrie and her fiancé Ricci have been building their dream Spanish villa and have been documenting the process on social media. It’s literally “A Place In The Sun” eat your heart out!

This is as well as their £1 million property purchased in the UK in August 2022, plus another with a fourth going through according to her Instagram stories (below).

Screenshot of a personal story about visiting a villa in Spain, reflecting on past struggles with debt and credit, and celebrating success in property ownership.

But life wasn’t always building a property empire for Perrie – she shared in her Instagram stories that 4 years ago she couldn’t get a mortgage due to bad debt from her early twenties.

She really had to grind to pay off the debt and it impacted her ability to borrow for the next 9 years.

Perrie’s story really is inspiring and even though a multi-million pound property portfolio may not be in everyone’s immediate reach – we love to see Perrie winning with her money and building the life she dreams of.
